End-User License Agreement

THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR USE ONLY UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE USE THE SOFTWARE.

SOFTWARE TRIAL VERSION: The product trial version is fully functional for fours hours after each operating system boot, after this time the product stops functioning. To purchase a full version of that product and remove the trial limitations refer to "Software purchasing" section.

RE-DISTRIBUTION OF SOFTWARE: The product unregistered trial version may be freely distributed provided the distribution package is not modified. With exceptions noted below:

1. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner;
2. You may not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the software; 3. While copying the software and transferring it to the third persons you shall transfer distribution package/installation files in original form without changing them in any ways.

SOFTWARE PURCHASING: To purchase software you must complete the registration form (http://www.eboostr.com/gb/) and send it, with the registration fee, to authorized registration service. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by MDO Ltd Software Company. Installing and using eBoostr signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

LICENSE GRANT: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MDO Ltd. grants Registered User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license only to:
(a) install and use one copy of the eBoostr on a single computer;
(b) unlimitedly re-distribute product DEMO version with exceptions noted below:

RESTRICTIONS: Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, Registered User may not:
(a) reproduce or copy the registered version of the Software;
(b) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Software;
(c) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer rights or the license information to the Software;
(d) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Software.

A single license for the Software does not allow you to share the registered Software or use it on different computer(s).

TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, MDO Ltd. Company may terminate this Agreement if Registered User breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Registered User shall destroy all copies of the Software.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS: The software is licensed "as-is." MDO Ltd. gives no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. Neither the author nor the agents of the author will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
